眼神和心理，是交往中引人注目的一个问题。当你凝视对方时，你知道对方在想什么吗？于是，我带着孩子们开始了“揣摩”的历程。开始，我们从表情中找“线索”：眼睛笑得眯起来，说明心里有高兴的事儿；眼神中夹杂着难受，说明心里有不愉快的事儿；眼神中流露出惊讶，说明心里感到奇怪……接着，我们从游戏中、图片中、情境中让幼儿猜一猜主人公的心理活动，各抒己见；然后，我们在实际生活中争做“亮眼睛”，不仅鼓励孩子大胆地观察周围世界，寻找疑问之处，还鼓励他们互相“猜心情”：“今天，大家都在想什么？”并且思考可以解决的好办法，从而形成了班级中爱看、爱想、爱问、爱谈的良好氛围，为进一步开展教育教学工作创设了较好的心理环境。
