昨天，忙完了毕业班的最后一点事务，终于可以安安心心过我的暑假了。不过，也许是猛地从极忙步入了极闲，一时间竟有些不适应。每天看电视和睡觉成了主旋律，更要命的是昼夜颠倒极其严重，所以在家数日，似乎反而憔悴了些，看来，还是不健康生活方式惹的祸呀!
于是郑重决定，要给自己的暑假立一个健康生活计划，虽然我这个人实施没有外界压力的计划，通常以自制力不够而失败告终，不过这次在众多朋友的监督下，还是要努力努力再努力的!
1、生活要有规律。每天早上可以睡到自然醒，不过晚上还是10：30以前睡觉比较好，毕竟不工作，没有熬夜的必要，只是有时哀叹，我这个人晚上头脑比较灵活，要想写写东西什么的，白天实在效率不高。三餐要定时，特别是早餐和午餐。
2、在上班期间养成的好习惯要坚持。首先就是喝水，在学校天天水杯不离手，在家里怎么就总记不起来要喝水呢?而且通常在家就嘴刁，还不喜欢喝白开水和茶，垃圾饮料灌了多少下肚，实在不应该!其次就是做事抓紧有计划，在学校每天都充实得很，在家反是闲了就什么都不好好抓紧了。
