五一那天，爸爸带着我们一家4口上丹河峡谷玩儿。我们带了酸奶、火腿肠、苹果、面包……一大堆的零食。路上又买了一只烤鸭，还买了五六只粽子和一箱矿泉水，一箱干脆面。
进入峡谷之后，爸爸把车停好，我们商量准备先找一个可以乘凉的地方，先大吃一顿，然后再去爬山。
我拿着野营用的垫子，爸爸妈妈他们拿着食物，哥哥负责拿饮料，其实他只不过拿着他自己喝的一瓶罢了。我们经过一座石桥，下面是个水库，但已经不流水了，我们转了一个弯，才发现原来是那里地方太脏，所以被封起来了。眼前这一面水平如镜又碧绿的犹如一块翡翠的水源，才是真正的水库。我望着水面，不禁有些失神，多亏妈妈叫醒了我。
我们穿过树林和杂草向前摸索，这里到处都是小虫子，一些树枝上还带有刺，差点就扎到了我的眼睛，还有一只小虫子差点飞进了我的耳朵里。还有许多怪石，挡住了我们的去路，我们翻过了它，走了很久，终于找到了一块能休息的阴凉地。我们把垫子铺到了地上，把吃的东西都拿了出来放在垫子上。
我们脱了鞋子坐到垫子上，每个人都戴上一次性手套。我快速打开烤鸭袋子，用力撕下烤鸭的一只鸭腿，然后急不可待地塞进嘴里，肉十分的嫩滑香料配置的也不错，味道很香。
吃完鸭腿后，我又把鸭的胸脯肉蘸着甜面酱给吃了些。吃过鸭肉后，我又换了一副一次性手套来吃粽子。我将绑粽子的绳子一点点的松开，然后又把粽叶给剥开，开始兴致勃勃地吃粽子，这些粽子十分美味，有黑米粽还有白米粽，每种都十分香甜，吃完粽子后我又吃了一些干脆面，喝了一些酸奶，便感觉吃饱了。
该去爬山了，不料老爸却睡着了，我趁他睡觉时听一会音乐，突然我眼前一亮，发现水里有什么东西，仔细一看居然是一条鱼。我赶紧下岸去把它给捞了上来，却发现这原来是一条死鱼。
等老爸醒来时，发现天色已晚，时间已经不够再爬山了，我十分沮丧，但也没什么办法，只好无可奈何地跟着老爸回家了。

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼到了这周六。我们乘车来到盼望已久的忠仑公园，一进公园，我们男生女生就进行了一场热火朝天的pk赛。不用我说，最后当然是我们女生遥遥邻先了，男生被我们这些“母老虎”给打得落井下石了。虽然男生被我们打得落花流水，但是他们并不服气，非要拉我们女生和他们一起去冒险。在冒险过程中，我们还发现了许多稀奇古怪的东西，还拍了照片。
数这里最有趣的还是滚草坪呢！从一望无际的草坪无忧无虑地滚下来，一切是多么的美好啊！“1、2、3，滚！”只听黎昱一声令下，大家不约而同地从高高的草坪一个接一个的滚了下去。只见小范像个米团一样缩着身体滚了下去；黎昱和李晗则悠闲自在地慢悠悠地滚了下去；姝婷则像安装了新马达似的猛地滚了下去；而我呢，像找不到回家路的孩子分不清东南西北到处乱滚……我们马不停蹄地滚啊滚，不知滚了多久，我们终于滚到了离草坪天差地别的终点。因为滚得太猛了，等我们再想爬起来时，已是一件很困难的事了，我们个个晕头转向的，根本分辨不出哪里是南，哪里是北了。我们摇头晃脑慢吞吞地走向起点，又来第一次、第二次、第三次这样的刺激游戏……
天渐渐的暗了下来，黑魔仙给天空穿上了一件黑风衣，虽然大家个个晕头转向的，但是今天大家却玩得不亦乐乎。

fortunately,the weather turned fine at 8 a.m. i was cheered up by the sudden change. i rushed to the bus station and saw my friends were already there. they told me that they would go for a picnic "rain or shine."

after taking lunch we took the bus home. it was indeed an enjoyable trip.
